Mr. and Mrs. George R. Muha

— Mr. and Mrs. George R. Muha, 804 Mercer-Grove City Road, Mercer, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a family dinner. Family and friends later joined the couple at their residence for a celebration.
The former Jane Carroll McCreery and Muha were married Nov. 26, 1947, in Newman Hall Chapel in Morgantown, W.Va.
Mr. Muha graduated in 1948 from West Virginia University in Morgantown. A World War II veteran of the Army Air Force, he served as a nose gunner on a B-24, with 26 missions over Germany. He was president of Sharon Metal Products Inc. in West Middlesex and retired in 1980. Mr. Muha is a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Mrs. Muha is an avid gardener and enjoys sewing and flowers.
Their four children and spouses are Larry R. and M. Susan Muha of Hermitage; John C. and Rosemary Muha of Clintonville, Pa.; Terry L. and Sandi Muha of Hermitage; and Cindy and Dennis Workman of Mercer.
Eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren complete the family.
