Published January 13, 2009 02:50 pm - Mr. and Mrs. Craig Greenlee, 97 Patton Road, Sandy Lake, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a dinner hosted by their children at the Iron Bridge Inn on Nov. 29.

Mr. and Mrs. Craig Greenlee, 97 Patton Road, Sandy Lake, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a dinner hosted by their children at the Iron Bridge Inn on Nov. 29.
The former Lenora “Jean” Rosenberger and Craig Greenlee were married Nov. 24, 1948 in the home of the groom’s parents, by Rev. C.L. Hayes.
Mr. Greenlee is a carpenter. He retired from Allegheny College, Meadville. Before that he worked for over 30 years at Newell Lumber Co., Sandy Lake. He also worked as a union carpenter for 20 years, working in Franklin, Pa.
Mrs. Greenlee, a registered nurse, worked for over 24 years for Dr. J.C. File, in Stoneboro. She had also worked at Polk State Hospital for over three years before working for Dr. File.
Mr. Greenlee is an Army veteran, who served during World War II, Korea and in Japan. Mrs. Greenlee was an Army Cadet Nurse during World War II.
Mr. Greenlee enjoys spending time in the woods, fishing and playing his harmonica.
Mrs. Greenlee enjoys sharing her piano playing abilities for her church and community.
Their children are: Rev. Dr. Terry and Christine Greenlee, Stoneboro; David and Sandy Bachman, Jackson Center; Michael and Brenda Greenlee, Cochranton; and Bruce and Carol Hoffman, Jackson Center.
The couple have 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and are awaiting the February arrival of their first great-great grandchild, which at this time, completes the family circle.
