Mr. and Mrs. Malloy L. Sanders Sr.

— Mr. and Mrs. Malloy L. Sanders Sr., Vaughn Avenue, Wheatland, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Dec. 21, 2007.
The former Marian Ford and Sanders were married Dec. 21, 1957, in Greater Morris Chapel Church, Farrell, by the late Rev. Moses Wright Jr.
They renewed their vows on their 40th anniversary at a surprise celebration with family and friends hosted by their children. Rev. Alfonso Allen Jr. of Cincinnati officiated.
Mr. Sanders retired as a millwright in the bearing repair shop of Sharon Steel Corp., Farrell.
Mrs. Sanders retired as a shipping expediter coordinator with AK Steel Corp. She is a part-time customer service clerk at Wheatland Tube Co.
The active members of Second Baptist Church, Farrell, are members of various fraternal and community organizations. They enjoy traveling, volunteering and spoiling their grandchildren.
Their children and spouses are Malloy L. Sanders Jr., Wheatland; and attorney Sandra Sanders and her husband, Douglas Clemons, Norfolk, Va.
A granddaughter and three great-grandchildren in Oberlin, Ohio, complete the family.
