Sharon Regional Health System has announced the development of a new Sports Injury Clinic that will be based at 2360 Highland Road in Hermitage, the site of the former HealthPlace.

The clinic is designed to provide rapid assessment and treatment of sports-related injuries in adolescents and adults. The new clinic will be staffed by sports medicine physicians and rehab specialists from Sharon Regional’s Sports Medicine team.

The clinic is open to all individuals who have experienced sports-related injuries such as sprains, strains, tennis elbow, runner’s knee, shin and ankle pain.

The clinic will also offer priority access to diagnostic tests such as X-rays and MRIs, plus comprehensive sports rehabilitation services.
