TRANSFER — The family of Shirley Keeley is hosting a card shower in honor of her 80th birthday Saturday.

City Rescue Mission sets outreach program

GROVE CITY — City Rescue Mission from New Castle will hold a “Community Connection” for area clergy, church leaders, mission committee members and anyone interested in ministry at 7 p.m. Thursday at Grove City Alliance Church, 845 N. Liberty Road, Pine Township.

Attendees will learn about how City Rescue Mission ministers to the hungry, hurting and homeless of western Pennsylvania.

The Mission will share about how individuals, churches and other groups can get involved in ministering to people in need.

Staff missionaries will be on hand to share and answer questions.
