Eighty-five inventions were entered in the Ionta Elementary School Invention Convention held Feb. 28.
The students came up with ideas to help solve problems in their everyday lives. Inventions were designed to help the inventors at home or in school. Several students created inventions to help their pets and family members. Many inventions were designed with inclement weather in mind.
