- — Fundraiser

• Club Pet Adoption is holding a Valentine’s bake sale and fun day, “Puppy Love,” from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Feb. 8 at the Shenango Valley Mall, Hermitage.

There will be hundreds of baked goods, huge Valentine raffle basket, 50-50 raffle, free puppy kissing booth and more.

All proceeds benefit the no-kill shelter in Transfer.

Special event

• West Hill Ministries holds a free Valentine’s Day senior citizen luncheon at noon Feb. 12 at St. John’s Episcopal Church, Sharon.

Menu includes spaghetti and meatballs.

Musical program presented by Rev. Doug Dayton, retired rector of St. John’s Episcopal Church.

Reservations for lunch and/or transportation, call 724-347-7261 by Feb. 7.



Meetings

• Primetimers, a 55 and over group, will meet at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Clarks Mills United Methodist Church. Kristen Bires from the Erie/Alzheimers Association will speak at 11 a.m.

Note that lunch will be provided at noon, not potluck, as was scheduled.
