Shoe Our Children at $2,849

SHARON — The Herald’s annual $25,000 appeal for the Shoe Our Children program through its Good News Fund has raised $2,849.

The fundraising effort provides school shoes to the area’s less fortunate children.

Those who want to contribute should make checks payable to The Good News Fund/Shoe Our Children and mail them in care of The Herald, Box 51, Sharon 16146.

Contributions may be dropped off at The Herald, 52 S. Dock St.
