ä Sawhill retirees will meet at 10 a.m. Feb. 4 at the Sharon American Legion.

All retirees and spouses are welcome.

ä Brookfield Over the Hill Gang seniors gather at 10 a.m. Jan. 31 at the Brookfield Fire Hall.

Jim Traficant will be the speaker.

If the Brookfield schools are closed, the meeting will be cancelled.


ä Team Danielle Earthday luncheon is set for April 26 at Avalon at Squaw Creek.

There will be raffles, door prizes and more.

All proceeds benefit Sarcoma Cancer Researt.

Team Danielle will also attend the Pittsburgh Cure Sarcoma event on July 12 at Northpark in Pittsburgh.

More information, regarding both events, will be announced at a later date.

ä  Quota International of Hermitage’s Gutchies for Kidz program continues to accept new undergarments for school-age children through high school. The group is also collected PJs for the holiday season.
