- — DANCE

• The nonprofit Tri-County Music Association invites the public to dance to live country music Tuesday, Dec. 3 at American Legion Post 584, 1975 Leesburg-Grove City Road, Springfield Township.

This is a Christmas dinner-dance. Ham will be provided; take a covered dish or dessert to share.

Cost is $3. There will be a 50/50 raffle, door prizes and cake walk. Doors open at 5:30, with dinner at 6 p.m.

SPECIAL EVENT

• Take your favorite crochet items and patterns at 6 p.m. Tuesday Dec. 3 to Mercer Area Library, 110 E. Venango St.

It is a great time to share heirlooms and family stories and look for old or lost patterns. Other types of needlework such as embroidery, tatting, and knitting are also welcome.

Refreshments will be provided.
