Martha E. Jensen and Cory D. Highfield

— Rebecca and Harold Jensen of Mooresville, N.C., along with David and Virginia Highfield of Mercer, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their children, Martha E. Jensen and Cory D. Highfield, both of Durham, N.C.
The future bride is a 2000 graduate of Southwest Guilford High School; and a 2004 graduate of North Carolina State University, with a bachelor’s degree in textile technology. She is employed at Opulence of Southern Pines in Cary, N.C.
The future bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of Mercer High School; and 2004 graduate of Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics, with an associate’s degree in specialized technology. He is employed with General Electric Aircraft Engines in Durham.
A May 17 wedding is planned by the couple in United Methodist Church in Jamestown, N.C.
