Infant Jonathan Ryan McCaffrey, son of Peter J. and Christina M. Allen McCaffrey of Sharpsville, died shortly after his birth on Tuesday, July 1, 2008, in UPMC Horizon, Farrell.

Surviving besides his parents are: his maternal grandparents, Kathy and James Allen, Pulaski; his paternal grandmother, Alice McCaffrey, New Castle, formerly of Muse, Pa.; his maternal great-grandmother, Geraldine Majocka, also New Castle; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Calling hours: Friends will be received at a gathering at 10 a.m. Friday (7-4-08) in Church of Notre Dame, 2325 Highland Road, Hermitage.

Service: Mass of Christian burial at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the church with the Rev. Joseph McCaffrey, the infant’s uncle, as celebrant.

Interment: St. Rose Cemetery, Hermitage.
