Florence M. Phillips Wilson, 1359 state Route 7, Brookfield Township, passed away unexpectedly Saturday (7-19-08) evening in her residence. She was 65.
Mrs. Wilson was born Sunday, Aug. 9, 1942, in Sharon, the daughter of Alton and Florence Weston Phillips.
A lifelong area resident, she graduated from Brookfield High School.
She was a homemaker who enjoyed traveling, playing bingo and trips to Andover to spend time with her sister at her camp.
She is survived by: her mother, Florence Phillips, Masury; a daughter, Brenda Cornman, Hubbard; two sons, David Cornman, Sharon; and Jeffrey “Zak” Cornman, Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; a sister, Carol Burrows, Hubbard; two brothers, Alton Phillips and his wife JoAnne; and Dale Phillips and his wife Jeannie, all Masury; and a granddaughter, Paige Cornman, Sharon.
Florence was preceded in death by her father.
