Mark Todd Hailey of 202 Roemer Blvd., Farrell, passed away of natural causes at 2:45 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, in his residence. He was 50.

Mr. Hailey was born July 22, 1959, in Sharon, a son of Elijah Hailey Sr. and Lillie Bell Chambers Hailey.

He was a 1978 graduate of Brookfield High School, where he was a member of the Brookfield Warriors’ varsity football team.

Mark was employed for about five years in the blast and electric furnace of the former Sharon Steel Corp.’s Farrell plant.

Mr. Hailey was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church in Masury.

He is survived by two brothers, Samuel Hailey, El Paso, Texas; and Gary Hailey, Mercer; and several nieces and nephews.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Elijah Hailey Jr. and James Hailey.
