Paul M. Lisk of 1182 Vernon Road, West Salem Township, passed away at 8:17 a.m. April 27, 2010, in his residence surrounded by his family after an extended illness. He was 74.
Mr. Lisk was born June 19, 1935, in Linesville, Pa., to Milford and Ella Baughman Lisk.
He attended Sharpsville schools.
Mr. Lisk retired from the U.S. Coast Guard. During his military career, he began with four years in the U.S. Navy, then was employed for 21 years in the Coast Guard, having serving in the Korean and Vietnam conflicts.
He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7599, Reynolds.
Paul enjoyed fishing and camping.
His wife, the former Patricia Johnston, whom he married Aug. 16, 1979, survives at home.
Also surviving are: three daughters, Debbie Stewart, Sharpsville; and Tammie Totten and her husband Craig; and Tina Haynes and her husband Brian, all Transfer; a son, David Blair Jr., West Salem Township; two sisters, Libby Miller and her husband Bob, North Carolina; and Velma Smith, Arizona; a brother, Frank Lisk and his wife Pat, Missouri; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

Service: Funeral service at 6 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Jeffrey Harter, pastor of Sts. Peter & Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, Sharon, and chaplain of Family Hospice and Palliative Care, Hermitage, officiating. Full military honors will be rendered by the Reynolds Honor Guard.
Burial: Cremation after services with burial at Hillcrest Memorial Park Inc., Hermitage.
