RALEIGH, N.C. — Margaret “Peg” Agnes DeLoe of Wake Forest, N.C., formerly of Sharon and Fort Myers, Fla., died at 3 a.m. Tuesday, April 27, 2010, in Wake Medical Center in Raleigh, after a brief illness. She was 93.
Mrs. DeLoe was born Sept. 12, 1916, in Youngstown to Patrick Joseph Feeney and Mary Louise Grant Feeney.
She was a member of Neuse Baptist Church in Raleigh.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Lester J. Davis; and Gerald DeLoe; and sisters, Mary Louise Strohm, Sally Jewel and Francie Brownlee.
She is survived by: her son, William H. Davis and his wife Donna, Cleveland, Ohio; daughter, Sandy Goss and her husband Arnold, Louisburg, N.C.; stepdaughter, Ellen Barr and her husband Jim, Fort Wayne, Ind.; sister, Colleen Smith, North Myrtle Beach, S.C.; grandchildren, Darrell Goss and his wife Kimberly, Louisburg; Michelle Hill and her husband Kay cq, Youngsville, N.C.; Chad Davis and his wife Jane, Atlanta, Ga.; Ryan Davis and his wife Sabrina, Cleveland; Katie Hoosenally and her husband Aziz, Atlanta; Jeff Barr and his wife Jennifer, San Antonio, Texas; and Seth Barr and his wife Cristina, Manhattan, N.Y.; and 13 great-grandchildren.
