SHENANGO VALLEY — A Farrell man serving a 2-to-4-year sentence in a state prison for having a sexual relationship with a minor between 2006-07, had similar charges filed against him Tuesday for having sex with another minor whom he met online when she was in seventh grade, state police said.

Nicholas Blake Errett, 30, formerly of Farrell, was charged with seven felony counts and two misdemeanor counts.

The girl, who was 13 at the time, said when she met Errett online in 2002 he told her he was 16 years old and his name was Mike Escher, police said.

On several occasions, the victim met Errett in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Hermitage, where he initiated sexual relations, police said. During several of the encounters, Errett instructed the victim and took pictures of them having sexual relations, police said.

State police acquired Errett;s cell phone records that showed he sent text messages to the victim in November 2012, right before he was sentenced in the previous case.

Errett pleaded guilty last year to three consolidated counts of statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor and disseminating explicit materials to a minor who was age 14 at the time.

During his sentencing, Errett apologized to the other victim, her family and his family. He said he realized the severity of his mistakes.

Errett’s charges Tuesday include seven felony counts: involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, sexual abuse of children, unlawful contact with a minor, obscene and other sexual materials and performances, and criminal use of a communication facility.

Errett was also charged with indecent assault with a person younger than 16 and corruption of minors, police said.
