A Grove City man on Monday pleaded guilty to charges of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in connection with the discovery of a meth lab Nov. 6 in a Coolspring Township motel.
Justin T.M. Gable, 23, of 303 Lincoln Ave., also was charged with operating a meth lab, making meth, illegal dumping of meth waste, possession of items used in making meth, possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to make meth and reckless endangerment, but those charges were dropped as part of his plea.
State police were alerted to the alleged lab and its Clandestine Lab Response Team raided the room in the Mercer Motel, 213 Franklin St. They found bottles containing ingredients used in making meth and various meth-making materials and packaging, police said.
Gable and Adam A. McCoy, 30, formerly of Grove City and Springfield Township, were in the room, police said.
Charges against McCoy are pending.
McCoy also faces charges related to the discovery of an alleged meth lab in the 100 block of West Poplar Street, Grove City.
