•An iPhone was stolen at 3 p.m. Tuesday from a store on state Route 58, Pine Township, police said.



•Willie A. Richardson, 34, of 188 Elm Ave., Sharon; at 12:12 a.m. July 15 at Longview Road and Likens Lane; also charged with obscuring the license plate and failing to notify PennDOT of change of address.

•George H. Allen III, 64, of Holland, Pa.; at 11:32 p.m. July 19 in the 2600 block of East State Street; also charged with lane and turn violations.

•William E. Flynn, 50, of 406 Ellsworth Ave., Sharon; at 12:13 a.m. July 19 in the 600 block of North Buhl Farm Drive; also charged with a lane violation.

Jefferson Township

•James E. Black, 21, of 374 N. Perry Highway, Coolspring Township; on U.S. Route 19, Mercer, where his car hit another, after being followed from Jefferson; also charged with reckless and careless driving, driving without insurance and hit-and-run.

Pymatuning Township

•Sharyl A. Gearhart, 53, of 40 Shadeland Estates, 3752 N. Hermitage Road, Pymatuning Township; at 11:46 p.m. Monday after she turned from Wall Street onto Edgewood Drive Extension and drove into a front yard, police said.

•Shawn Axtell, 34, of 118 Orangeville Road, West Salem Township; at 11:50 p.m. Monday on Rutledge Road and Saranac Drive; also charged with reckless driving and not wearing a seatbelt, police said.


•Roberto Velazquez, 31, of 917 Stambaugh Ave., Sharon; at 5:30 a.m. Tuesday after being found asleep in his running car in the 200 block of Mesabi Street.

•Eleanor E. Ulan, 59, of 333 Smith Ave., Hermitage; with highest rate of blood alcohol content; after a June 30 accident near Smith Avenue and Griswold Street.

•Michael G. Lumpp, 28, of 7448 Oakwood Drive, Brookfield; found sleeping in his vehicle at 3:13 a.m. Saturday on Stateline Road.

South Pymatuning Township

•Stephan James Cico, 31, of Sharpsville; July 17.

•Aaron Blomgren, 39, of 341 Independence Court; Tuesday on a bench warrant.

•Shantasia Kirchell, 20, of 33 Mill St., Sandy Lake; Tuesday on a bench warrant.

•Eugenia Shelton, 53, of 1120 Hamilton Ave., Farrell; Wednesday on a bench warrant.

    Pinkins, 24, of Farrell, is in Mercer County Jail after failing to post bond on gun charges.
