- — Rose D’Arcangelo Collers Gibson, Orchard Manor, formerly of Barkeyville Road, both Grove City, died Thursday, Dec. 26, 2013, in Grove City Medical Center, Pine Township. She was 92.

Rose was born June 29, 1921, in Grove City to Antonio D’Arcangelo and Mary Bonanni.

Rose retired as a cook at George Junior Republic, Pine Township.

She was a member of Church of the Beloved Disciple, Pine Township.

On Nov. 7, 1944, Rose married George A. Collers; he passed away in August 1966. On May 30, 1970, she married Alvin Gibson; he passed away in April 1994.

Surviving are: a son, Michael A. Collers and his wife Christine, Franklin; stepsons, Robert Gibson, Fairview, Pa.; and Mike Gibson, Butler; six grandchildren, Rachel Nulph, Jennifer Collers, Craig Collers, Eric and his wife Jill Collers, Justin and his wife Jen Collers, and Staff Sgt. Matthew Collers, deployed in Kuwait, and his wife Amanda; and numerous step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Nathan Collers and his wife Dorothy; three stepchildren, Kay, Blaine and Joe Gibson; two brothers, Lavern and Leonard D’Arcangelo; and six sisters, Isabella Macri, Helen Ochoccin, Anna Macri, Mildred Hegebotham, Lisana D’Arcangelo and Bella Nortan.

Calling hours: 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday (12-29-13) in FICCA FUNERAL HOME, 203 E. Pine St., Grove City.

Service: Mass of Christian burial at 11 a.m. Monday (12-30-13) in Church of the Beloved Disciple, 1310 S. Center St. Ext., Pine Township.

Interment: Crestview Memorial Park, Pine Township.
