GLEN MILLS, Pa. – William Bliss Endres of 8301 Arment Drive, Glen Mills, PA 19342, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, in his residence of two years, from coronary heart disease. He was 59.
Mr. Endres was born June 25, 1953, in Sharon to Morris Graham Endres and Winifred Bliss Endres.
He attended Mercersburg Academy until the death of his father in 1969 and returned to complete his high school years at Mercer High School, from which he graduated in 1971.
Bill spent his professional career in the field of education, including Shady Side Academy in Pittsburgh and Boys Latin in Baltimore, along with Sylvan Learning Systems. He was most recently employed at Keystone School in Bloomsburg, Pa.
He was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church, Mercer, and, most recently, Lower Brandywine Presbyterian Church in Wilmington, Del.
Surviving are a stepdaughter, Stephanie Luers Heldrich, Chicago; a sister, Elizabeth Jane Endres-Miskovich, wife of Dennis Michael Miskovich, Mercer; three nieces, Michele, wife of Ali Helnwein; Joy, wife of Michael Dudas; and Meredith, wife of Justin Safran; and two great-nieces, Maya Safran and Louisiana Helnwein.
He was preceded in death by his father; his mother, Winifred Bliss Endres-McCune; and a brother, Morris G. Endres Jr.

Service: Memorial service at 3 p.m. Sunday (6-30-13) in Trinity Presbyterian Church, 110 E. Market St., Mercer, with the Rev. Dr. William P. Crooks, pastor, officiating.
Interment: Mercer Citizens Cemetery.
