Antoinette DeSantis DeBonis, formerly of Farrell, died at 1:35 a.m. Saturday (3-30-13) at Nugent Convalescent Home, Hermitage, with her family by her side.. She was 79.

She was born Oct. 20, 1933, in Johnstown, to Dominic and Anglia (Lavella) DeSantis.

Antoinette graduated from Farrell High School in 1952.

She was a homemaker and she worked for the former PTS Personal Training Service (her son’s business) as a receptionist for four years.

She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima-St. Ann’s Church, Farrell.

Antoinette enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by a daughter, Estelle “Cissy” M. Presley of Hermitage, a son, Emilio “Emil” S. DeBonis and his wife Lisa of Brookfield; a brother, Dominic DeSantis and his wife Rochelle of Chicago; seven grandchildren, Adam DeBonis, Kahla Santiago, Richie and Ryan Byerly, and Matthew, Branko and Angelina Presley; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband,  Arthur A. DeBonis, whom she married Nov. 24, 1956, and who passed away on Dec. 9, 2008; a sister Rose Paglia; and a brother, Frank DeSantis.

Service: A Mass of Christian Burial will by 10:30 a.m. Wednesday (4-3-13) in Our Lady of Fatima-St. Ann’s Church, with the Rev. Donald E. Berdis, pastor, as celebrant.

Burial: Hillcrest Memorial Park, Hermitage.
