Teacher’s aide lived in Farrell, enjoyed computers

---- — Tiffany Dosharae Atwood, of Spearman Avenue, Farrell, passed away Monday (7-1-13) in UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh. She was 30.

She was born in Sharon to H.L. and Barbara Bell Atwood on May 20, 1983. Her parents survive in Farrell.

She was a member of St. John United Holy Church in New Castle and graduated from Farrell High School. Tiffany was also a graduate of the Business Institute of Sharon, where she earned her assistant business degree in office technology.

She worked as a teacher’s assistant for the John Hetra School in Farrell Area School District. Tiffany loved her job,  interacting with children. She also loved working on computers, baking and playing bingo.

She will be sadly missed by her parents, brothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, church family, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Tiffany is survived by her daughter, Kahmia Atwood, at home; two brothers, Derrick A. Atwood, Farrell; and Harry L. Atwood Jr., Bethlehem, Pa.; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents; her sister, Nicole D. Atwood; and an infant sister, Clorice D. Atwood.

Service: A homegoing service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday (7-5-13) in the funeral home with Pastor Clarence Tucker of St. John United Holy Church, New Castle, officiating.

Interment: Morefield Cemetery, Hermitage.
