A funeral celebration of life service will be held today for Howard Lee of West Middlesex. He departed this life Wednesday morning, July 2, 2014, in his residence. He was 90.
Mr. Lee was born Oct. 9, 1923, in Sharon, a son of James H. and Mary Adair Lee.
He was formerly employed with Wheatland Tube and Lordstown Chrysler plant in Buffalo, N.Y.
Howard enjoyed collecting records and riding motorcycles.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife of 19 years, the former Geraldine Grayson, at home; his son, William “PeeWee” Lee and his wife Pamela, Aurora, Colo.; his daughter, Rose Marie “Fruity” Askin, Farrell; his stepchildren, Barbara Jean Henderson-Phillips, Austintown, Ohio; and John Evans, West Middlesex; and his brother-in-law, Walter “Jimmy” Grayson, Hubbard.
Also surviving are 19 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, several brothers and sisters and a daughter, Patricia Wallace.
