Jack VanDyke

Youngstown native worked for Commercial Intertech


ATHENS, Ga. — Jack VanDyke of Athens passed away Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014, after an extended illness. He was 62.

A native of Youngstown, Mr. VanDyke was a son of Eli and Marion Rhiel VanDyke.

He was a production superintendent with Commercial Intertech.

Survivors include: his wife, Dawna Grimm VanDyke, Athens; daughters, Heather Hoover and husband Jason, Mansfield, Ohio; Jessica VanDyke, Boardman, Ohio; and Elizabeth Tate, Rockport, Texas; a sister, Virginia Havens, Tipp City, Ohio; and three grandchildren, Mackenzie, Brooklynn and Aubrey Hoover.
