Brandon Lee Fortuna

2004 Grove City graduate worked for well services


---- — Brandon Lee Fortuna, 432 McConnell St., Grove City, passed away unexpectedly as the result of a house fire at his residence at 4:52 a.m. Monday (6-17-2013). He was 28.

He was born June 1, 1985, in Johnstown, Pa., a son of Daniel A. Fortuna and Pamela J. Reynolds. He was a 2004 graduate of Grove City High School, where he participated in archery and played football.

He enjoyed fishing and hunting with his twin brother and many friends. He also collected rocks, coins and stray or lost puppies. He started working as a paper boy when he was young. He began a truck driving career with Bill Finley Trucking of Mercer. He went on to work for Superior Well Services and was currently employed with Integrity Well Services of Jackson Center.

Forever in God’s care, he leaves to this world his loving parents, Daniel Anthony Fortuna, Hermitage; and Pamela Reynolds, Mercer; his twin brother and best friend, Aaron J. Fortuna, serving with the Air Force in Germany, and his wife Loren and their daughter Alena; a half brother, Thomas Fortuna, Ohio; a half sister, Danielle Marie Fortuna, Florida; a half brother Keith Reynolds and his wife Danielle, Mercer; a grandmother, Betty Frampton Jordan, Hermitage; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many close friends.

Brandon was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William and Clara Selders, and his paternal grandfather, Anthony Fortuna.
