Anthony Michael Boca

Vet worked variety of jobs, loved riding his Harley


- — Mr. Boca was born April 26, 1948, in Sharon to Angelo A. and Theresa P. Develli Boca.

He graduated from Sharpsville High School class of 1966.

Mr. Boca was a veteran of the Vietnam conflict where he served in the U.S. Army.

Anthony loved to work. Following his service, he worked at the former Sharon Transformer Division of Westinghouse Electric Corp.; owned and operated the Boca Tool Co.; drove tow trucks for Carpenter’s Towing, Brookfield; and most recently worked for 13 years as a limousine driver for Crown Limo.

He loved fishing and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Anthony is survived by: his mother, Theresa P. Boca; his former wife, Betsy Boca; two stepsons, Eric Bowers and David Bowers; two brothers, Frank A. Boca and his wife Denise, Clark; and Lawrence Boca and his wife Susan, Sharpsville; and his sister, Theresa “TJ” and her husband Rohn Bertoldi, Houston, Texas.

Also surviving are: two grandchildren and eight nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Angelo Anthony Boca, and a sister, Kathleen Prosser.

Service: Funeral services at 10 a.m. Thursday (1-16-14) in the funeral home with the Rev. Matthew J. Strickenberger, pastor of St. Bartholomew’s Church, Sharpsville, officiating. Full military honors will be observed at the funeral home.

Interment: St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hermitage.
