Raymond ‘Ray’ C. Ischo

Sharpsville man co-owned printing business, umpired


---- — Raymond “Ray” C. Ischo of Sharpsville passed away peacefully at 3:40 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2013, in St. Elizabeth’s Health Center, Youngstown, after a sudden illness. He was 72.

Mr. Ischo was born July 26, 1940, in Sharon to Raymond  and Mary Barca Ischo.

Raymond graduated from Sharon High School in 1958.

He owned and operated, along with his wife, R n R Printing and Copying of Hermitage for 20 years. He currently was employed as a part-time meat cutter at Giant Eagle, Hermitage.

He was a member of First Assembly of God, Hermitage.

Ray enjoyed bowling, golfing and woodworking. He was also a former South Pymatuning Little League umpire.

His wife, the former Ruth Krivak, whom he married April 22, 1961, survives at home.

He also leaves: two daughters, Donna Beal and her husband Ron and a grandchild, Lauren, Alpharetta, Ga.; and Annette Larimer and her husband Eric and a grandson, Dallas, Hermitage; a son, Louis Ischo and his wife Pamela and granddaughters, Kristin, Hailey and Robyn and her husband Vincent Martin, and a great-grandson, Grayson, Panama City, Fla.; and two sisters, Rosalie Ischo, Hermitage; and Angela Reash and niece Kayla Reash, Transfer.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Patty Ischo.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Assembly of God Church, 1455 N. Keel Ridge Road, Hermitage, PA 16148.

Service: Funeral service at 4 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Kenneth E. Martin, pastor of First Assembly of God Church, Hermitage, officiating.

Burial: Holy Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Hermitage.
