F. Evelyn Fauceglia

Vegetable gardener sold bounty at farm markets


- — F. Evelyn Fauceglia, a longtime resident of West Middlesex, passed away unexpectedly at 7:47 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, in Grove City Medical Center, Pine Township. She was 87.

Mrs. Fauceglia was born July 7, 1926, in Sharon, a daughter of Earl and Elizabeth Baker Miller.

A homemaker, Evelyn was an avid vegetable gardener and was a vendor at the Farrell and Sharon farmers markets.

Her husband, Edward C. Fauceglia, whom she married Jan. 18, 1944, passed away April 29, 2010.

Surviving are: two daughters, Sandra O’Blenis, Pelham, N.H.; and Pamela Edwards and her husband Jack, Hermitage; a grandson, Edward Edwards, Hermitage; a great-granddaughter, Amelia Edwards; three sisters-in-law, Maxine Miller, Jacqueline Miller and Doris Miller; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband, Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Jack Edwards Jr.; a son-in-law, John O’Blenis; a sister, Elizabeth Sirianni; and three brothers, Clyde, Earl and Donald Miller.
