Andrea Joyce Cleland

Trumbull Countian born in Sharon was homemaker


- — Andrea Joyce Cleland of Fowler Township, Trumbull County, passed away Thursday morning, April 10, 2014, in her home after a short illness. She was 56.

Mrs. Cleland was born Dec. 10, 1957, in Sharon, a daughter of Albert Hamilla and Dorothy O’Hare Gentile.

She attended Brookfield High School.

Andrea was of the Methodist faith and was a homemaker most of her life.

She enjoyed dancing, cooking, gardening and playing with her grandchildren.

Andrea is survived by: her husband, William Cleland, whom she married Nov. 19, 2001; a daughter, Daina and her husband Ian McElroy, Niles, Ohio; a son, Lloyd Weaver and his wife Rosa, Pittsburgh; a stepson, Jason Cleland and his wife Kellie, Champion, Ohio; six grandchildren; two sisters, Lori Richards, Hermitage; and Jonelle Gentile, West Middlesex; and four brothers, Guy Hamilla, Seattle, Wash.; Greg and Gary Hamilla, both Hermitage; and Lou Gentile, Hubbard.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Christopher Weaver.

Service: Funeral service at noon Monday in the funeral home.

Burial: Dugan Cemetery, Fowler.
