Sharpsville High grad worked for Scott Molding


---- — Carol Lee Campbell of Atwater, Ohio, passed away Friday (6-21-2013) in Hospitality Care Center of Hermitage, after a prolonged illness. She was 68.

Carol was born Dec. 11, 1944, in Sharon to Paul Campbell and Ruth K. Miller. She graduated from Sharpsville High School, class of 1962, and attended Youngstown Business College for two years. Carol worked as a molder for Scott Molding Co.

Carol enjoyed pets, especially her cats, Tab and Cody, and her dog, Pebbles. She also enjoyed fishing, being outdoors around water and  collecting mice ornaments and knickknacks. She liked to watch movies, especially old movies, do crossword puzzles, sit on her front deck and visit with her neighbors. She was an excellent cook and her family enjoyed many holiday meals with her and at her home. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and especially liked to listen to Diana Ross.

Carol is survived by: a daughter, Danielle Lentine of Cleveland; three sisters, Karen Miller of Cochranton; Connie Miller of Bartow, Fla.; and Debbie (Bob) Barrie of Dayton, Ohio; two brothers, Brian Miller of West Middlesex; and Bradley Miller of Sharpsville; and grandchildren Curtis and Daniel Lentine and great-grandson Chance Daniel Lentine, all of Cleveland.

She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Campbell; mother, Ruth K. Miller; stepfather, James Miller; and grandparents James and Emma Dallas. She was also preceded by a close family friend Gladys “Jean” Thompson, who was always involved in family gatherings and holiday celebrations.

Service: A memorial service will be held at a later date in DONALDSON-MOHNEY FUNERAL HOME, 124 Main St, Sharpsville.

Burial: Cremation was handled by the funeral home.
