Hermitage man enjoyed family, cooking


- — Ronnie A. Swogger of Hermitage, passed away unexpectedly at 3:45 a.m. Thursday, April 10, 2014, in the emergency room of Sharon Regional Health System. He was 42.

Mr. Swogger was born June 27, 1971, in Sharon to Donald D. and Bonnie Kloss Swogger.

He attended Sharon High School.

Ronnie enjoyed cooking, the outdoors, football, NASCAR and spending time with his children. He was the life of the party and loved to joke around.

His fiancée, Heather Rader of Hermitage, survives.

Also surviving are: five daughters, Brittany Oakes, Tiffany Meals, Savannah Oakes, Jessica Stone and Heronica Swogger; four sons, Ronnie Meals, Austin Swogger, Jordan Swogger and Scott Stone; six sisters, April Blom and her fiancé Tim Clark, Masury; Connie Biro and her husband Ray; Millie Swogger; Bonnie Matthews; Jennifer Swogger; and Donna Swogger and her fiancé Justin Porterfield, all of Sharon; two brothers, Frank Swogger and his fiancée Chelsi Hunyadi; and Donny Swogger and his companion Wilma Rogers, all Sharon; a granddaughter, Braylin Myers; and nieces and nephews and great-nieces and -nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Service: None.

Interment: Cremation at the funeral home.
