Kenneth ‘Kenny’ R. Blair

Hermitage man enjoyed hunting, tattooing


- — Visitation will be held Wednesday for Kenneth “Kenny” R. Blair of Hermitage. He passed away unexpectedly at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, 2013, in the emergency room of UPMC Horizon, Farrell. He was 28.

Mr. Blair was born Oct. 25, 1985, in Sharon to Clare “Butch” Blair Sr. of Hermitage, and Dove Meadows Keeley, also of Hermitage.

He attended Hickory High School, Hermitage.

Kenny enjoyed hunting, tattooing and watching football, especially the Dallas Cowboys. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his children.

His wife, the former Kealani Knapp, whom he married Sept. 17, 2007, survives at home.

Also surviving are his twin daughters, Kamrey and Kali Blair; and his son, Kaeden Blair, all at home; a sister, Tamara Blair, Hermitage; and two brothers, Bobby John Blair and his wife Mollie, Hadley; and Digger Blair and his wife Elizabeth, Hermitage.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas “Tommy” Blair.
