Sharon Steel retiree was self-employed contractor


---- — MESA. Ariz. – Clifford H. Brenneman of Apache Junction, Ariz., formerly of Farrell, passed away at 11 p.m. Monday, May 13, 2013, in Mesa. He was 67.

Mr. Brenneman was born June 28, 1945, in New Castle, a son of Harry and Florence Shaffer.

He retired as a craneman from the former Sharon Steel Corp.’s Farrell plant and was a self-employed contractor.

His wife, Regina Brenneman, whom he married Feb. 14, 2011, survives at home.

Also surviving are his six sons and four daughters, William Brenneman and his fiancée Lisa Dickson; and Tony Brenneman and his wife Nancy, all Jamestown; Janine and her husband Doug McCullough, New Lexington, Ohio; Lisa and her husband Jim Fry, Jamestown; Tammy and her husband Jason Harris, Pickerington, Ohio; Chris Brenneman and his wife Heather, Cherry Valley, Ohio; Mike Brenneman and his wife Debbie, Heath, Ohio; Charles Sonny, Newark, Ohio; Kathy and her husband Josh Gurrera, Youngstown; and Cliff Brenneman, Youngstown; a brother, Charles Brenneman, Nebraska; and 24 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers, Howard Brenneman, Robert “Butch” Brenneman, Jack Brenneman and David Brenneman.

Service: Funeral service at 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.

Interment: Park Lawn Cemetery, Jamestown.
