---- — HOWLAND, Ohio – Genevieve Marie “Jean” Konchinsky Persin, Bazetta Township, Trumbull County, passed away Wednesday afternoon, March 13, 2013, in Howland. She was 92.

Most of all, Jean cherished her time with her family.
