Jean E. Wilson

Lifelong St. Joe’s member enjoyed bowling, card club

- — Jean E. Wilson of Sharon passed away at 5:39 a.m. Friday, March 28, 2014, in the hospital of Sharon Regional Health System, of complications from a fall the previous week. She was 86.

Mrs. Wilson was born June 3, 1927, in Sharon, a daughter of William and Frances Hess Cardille.

A lifelong Sharon resident, she attended the former St. Joseph Parochial Grade School and was a 1945 alumna of Sharon High School.

While raising her children, she was an active member of the St. Joseph Grade School Parent Teacher Association and the Kennedy Christian Booster Club, Hermitage, where she held many leadership positions.

Jean’s greatest joy was spending time with her family, particularly during the summer months at her cottage on Lake Erie in Ashtabula, Ohio.

Surviving are: her children, Michael P. Wilson, Sharon; Mary Beth Wilson, Ashtabula; Daniel J. Wilson and his wife Pamela, Hermitage, and their children, Amy, Jennifer and Brian; Robert E.
