---- — Bonnie Louise Mittal, Sharpsville, passed away peacefully Monday (9-2-13) evening in her residence. She was 70.
Mrs. Mittal was born Sept. 20, 1942 in Meadville, a daughter of James and Edith Wood O'Leary.
Bonnie was a 1960 graduate of Sharon High School, attended artistic beauty school and was a 1994 graduate of Shenango Valley School of Business.
She was an office administrator for Liquid Air, located inside Sharon Steel.
Mrs. Mittal was a member of St. Bartholomew, Sharpsville, and the Church of Notre Dame, Hermitage.
Earlier in life, Bonnie was a member of various card clubs and the Thornton Hall Bowling League.
Most importantly she loved spending time with her family, whether it was baking treats for her 10 grandchildren and for fundraisers at the cancer care center.
Bonnie looked forward to annual beach vacations with her children and grandchildren at the Carolina shores.
Surviving are: two daughters, Bernadette Griffith and her husband Lynn of Niles, and Paula Summers and her husband Shane of Hickory, N.C.; a son, Steven Mittal and his wife Georgann of Hermitage; two sisters, Alberta O’Leary of Hermitage and Sheila Miller of Sharpsville; two brothers, Jimmy O’Leary of Sharpsville, and Ronald O’Leary of California; 10 grandchildren, Derek Phillips, Adam Phillips, Corey McGee, Shane McGee, Levi Griffith, Ryan Summers, Chelsea Summers, Sabrina Summers, Megan Mittal, Emiley Mittal; and two great grandchildren, Ashton Phillips, Caleb Phillips.
In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by a sister, Bridget A. O’Leary; and a nephew, Sammy Fleischer.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Angel Fund of the Hermitage Cancer Center, c/o Brenda Barber 2320 Highland Rd. Hermitage, PA 16148.

Service: A memorial mass will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday (9-20-13) in St. Rose Cemetery Chapel, Dutch Lane, Hermitage, with Rev. Jeffery J. Noble, pastor of Notre Dame Church as celebrant.
Inurnment: St. Rose Cemetery, Hermitage.
