Grove City
• Jeffrey S. Elmore, 18, of 308 Spruce St., Grove City, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana after an incident at about 2:45 p.m. April 22, police said.
Hermitage
• Lisa A. Fox, 37, Youngstown, has been charged with allegedly running a quick-change scam in Hermitage, and trying to run one in Shenango Township, police said.
Ms. Fox would go into a store, use a $50 bill to buy a pack of cigarettes, and then argue that she was not given the correct change, police said.
At 4:52 p.m. Jan. 24 at Sheetz, 2381 S. Hermitage Road, she gave the cigarettes back and demanded that her money be returned, but she had already been given change, police said. She got away with $40, police said.
She tried the scam eight minutes later at Sunoco, 3371 New Castle Road, but employees checked the cash drawer, determined that no money was missing and refused to return any more money, police said.
Ms. Fox was charged by Hermitage and Southwest Mercer County Regional police with two counts of theft and one count of conspiracy to commit theft.
• John A. Anderson, 27, of 882 Bon Air Drive, Sharon, has been charged with indecent assault, indecent exposure and harassment for touching a woman at Arc of Mercer County, 850 N. Hermitage Road, where they both worked, exposing himself to her and sending her unwanted, sexual text messages between Feb. 1 and April 2, police said. Arc fired Anderson after the woman complained, police said.
• Greggory M. Zyak, 29, of 286 Baldwin Ave., Sharon, has been charged with two counts of theft and four counts of bad checks for issuing three checks totaling $357 on a closed account Feb. 28 at Olympic Fun Center, 4070 E. State St., and a $428 check for two bicycles April 22 at the Bicycle Store, 1779 E. State St., police said.
• Doreen Roberts, 40, of 1648 Jackson Center-Polk Road, Stoneboro, has been charged with access-device fraud and receiving stolen property for using a check card stolen from Hubbard to buy $500 in goods March 8 at Wal-Mart, 1275 N. Hermitage Road, and $33 in goods that day from Sheetz, 2381 S. Hermitage Road, police said.
State police
• A Sharon man’s 1989 Cadillac Sedan Deville was stolen between 8:55 and 11:20 p.m. Sunday from a parking lot in Union Township, Lawrence County, police said.
• Graceland Farm Market, 1400 Sandy Lake Road, Wolf Creek Township, was burglarized sometime April 17 or 18, police said. A window was forced open, police said.
• Equipment was stolen sometime April 13 through 18 from the Common Ground Restaurant, 1416 Sandy Lake Road, Wolf Creek Township, police said. A window door was broken, police said.
• A black 1998 GMC Sonoma was stolen between 8:30 p.m. April 22 and 8:30 p.m. Wednesday from a garage at 753 Leesburg Station Road, Springfield Township, police said.
• A 16-year-old Volant-area boy was injured when he drove his dirt bike in front of a car at 7:25 p.m. Friday on Route 19, Springfield Township, police said.
Adam Miller, who was not wearing a helmet, was treated at Grove City Medical Center, Pine Township, a hospital spokeswoman said.
Adam did not check for traffic when he tried to cross the road and was hit by the car driven by Robert Clark, 42, of Volant, police said.
• Amanda M. Price, 27, of Grove City, spent a few days in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, following a crash Saturday in Jackson Township.
She was discharged from the hospital Tuesday, a hospital spokeswoman said.
Ms. Price was southbound at 2:27 a.m. on Route 62 when her car went off the road at North Cottage Road, hit guide wires to a telephone pole and vaulted into the air, landing on its left rear, police said. Ms. Price was thrown, police said.

• Mark Soos, 35, of 7917 Budd St., Masury; at 12:54 a.m. Friday at his home on a warrant for menacing from Austintown (Ohio) District Court; released to Austintown police.

• Mark J. Budnik, 37, of 8207 Lincoln St., Masury; at 8:55 a.m. Friday by Sharon police on a warrant for criminal conspiracy.
• Raymond E. Norcross, 44, of 519 Robinson Place, Sharon; at 3:43 p.m. Monday by Sharon police on a warrant from the district attorney’s office for failing to appear in court.
• James Marvin Clarke, 21, of 632 E. State St. Apartment 31, Sharon; at 5:34 p.m. Monday at home by Sharon police on a bench warrant for violating parole.
• Kenneth J. Klemens, 24, of 291 Case Ave., Sharon; at 1 p.m. Tuesday by Sharpsville police on a warrant for failing to respond to a citation for retail theft of gasoline.
• Mae Francis Ross, 49, of 325 Columbia St. Apartment 404, Sharon; on Tuesday by Mercer County Sheriff’s deputies on a bench warrant from Mercer County domestic relations.
