Greenville-West Salem Township

• A 14-year-old Greenville boy was charged Monday with theft, access device fraud and receiving stolen property for stealing a credit card and withdrawing money from an ATM machine April 19, police said Thursday.
While police interviewed the boy, his mother said he also had drug contraband. Police were permitted to search the boy’s room and found some contraband and charged him with possession of a small amount of illegal drugs and possession of drug contraband, police said.
• Amanda Mendralla, 20, of 7 S. Penn Ave., Apartment 1, Greenville, was arrested April 18 for retail theft after stealing property from Rite Aid, 335 Main St., Greenville, police said Thursday.
• Two Greenville boys were charged with disorderly conduct and harassment at 3 p.m. Tuesday after they fought with a girl, who reported minor injuries, on Columbia Avenue and Clinton Street, Greenville, police said.
Hermitage

• Brian W. Luce, 46, of 849 Mayfield Road, Sharpsville, has been charged with theft and retail theft for stealing a sump pump, a gas grill, a refrigerator and a dryer from Home Depot, 3300 Shenango Valley Freeway, and selling them to customers between Jan. 1 and April 18, police said.
Luce, who worked for Home Depot, would make deals with customers to sell the items at an employee discount and deliver them at other locations, police said. He would make out phony sales receipts to account for the stolen items, police said.

• Dustin E. Hahne, 18, of 360 Sharpsville Ave., Sharon, was cited for harassment at 9:31 p.m. Wednesday at home, police said.
• Christina J. Hayes, 22, of 1000 Clarksville Road, Hermitage, was charged with theft and providing false identification to police at 4:30 a.m. Thursday in the 300 block of Sterling Avenue after police said she took $30 from a Sharon man’s wallet.
SW Mercer County Regional

• Brian W. LaCamera, 40, of 907 Wallis Ave., Farrell, has been charged with receiving stolen property for selling two power drills and a socket set stolen April 18 or 19 from 945 Fruit Ave., Farrell, to an employee of Lowery’s Automotive, 649 Roemer Blvd., Farrell, on April 21, police said Thursday.
• Robert L. Stinson, 36, of 324 Sterling Ave., Sharon, has been charged with false alarm and fictitious reports for calling Mercer County 911 at 2:06 a.m. April 9 with a false report of an assault in the 3300 block of New Castle Road, Shenango Township, while he was in the 3100 block of Main Street, West Middlesex, police said.

• Four Guatemalan citizens were turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement when they were determined to be in the U.S. illegally, police said. The men, ages 21 to 34, were in a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation at 6:05 p.m. Wednesday on Interstate 80 in Findley Township, police said.

• Joseph L. Tissler, 23, of 535 Dutch Lane, Hermitage; at 10:56 p.m. Tuesday on South Keel Ridge Road near Neshannock Road, after his vehicle went into a ditch, hit an embankment and rolled onto its roof; also charged with careless driving.
South Pymatuning Township

• Keith Sternthal, 42, of 3066 Maplewood Drive, Sharpsville; at 1:03 a.m. Wednesday on Thomason Road; also cited for traffic violations.

• Darlene F. Roster, 51, of 57 S. Front St., Greenville; Thursday on a bench warrant from Trumbull County for a probation violation.
