Brookfield
• Bonnie Wilson, 27, of 8113 Addison Road, Masury, has been charged with assault for attacking a woman at about 7:45 p.m. Sunday near her home, police said.
The victim said she approached Ms. Wilson to talk with her because Ms. Wilson had been making comments about the victim’s son, police said. Ms. Wilson told police the victim attacked her, police said.
• Two men tried to steal a gas grill at 12:24 a.m. Monday in the 5000 block of South Park Drive, Brookfield, police said. The woman said she saw the men in blue jeans and black shirts carrying the grill away from her house, yelled, and the men dropped the grill and ran, police said.
• A 16-year-old boy will be petitioned to Trumbull County Juvenile Court for taking his father’s car without authorization, police said.
The boy crashed the car into his mobile home at 6:33 p.m. Saturday in the 30 block of Manor Drive, police said.
The police report did not say if the mobile home was damaged, police said.
Greenville-West Salem Township
• George Timulak, 53, McKees Rocks, Pa., was arrested at 10 p.m. June 22 after a Wise Road, West Salem Township, resident found him sleeping in a storage shed on their property, police said.
Timulak was charged Monday with defiant trespass, public drunkenness, trespass by motor vehicle and two counts each of possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.
Hempfield Township
• Robert Noble Jr., 47, of Log Cabin Road, Sugar Grove Township, was hurt after his vehicle was hit at 11:35 a.m. Sunday on Hadley Road by a vehicle driven by Julie Otto, 63, of Collier Road, Mercer, police said.
Ms. Otto was pulling out of a parking lot when she hit Noble’s eastbound vehicle. Noble complained of neck pain and was taken to UPMC Horizon, Greenville, police said. A hospital spokesperson couldn’t be reached Monday for Noble’s condition.
• Someone did $2,227 worth of damage to a Fredonia Road family’s swimming pool over the weekend, police said.
• Someone on Thursday slashed a tire worth $104 on a Mercer Road resident’s car parked outside their home, police said.
Hermitage
• William E. Lemon Jr., 41, of Ashland, Ohio, was arrested on charges of forgery, theft and attempted theft, police said.
Lemon was charged in March with stealing $900 from the Greenville Sheetz and $400 from the Mercer Sheetz by presenting fraudulent traveler’s checks, police said. He also attempted to use fraudulent traveler’s checks to buy gift cards from both Hermitage Sheetz stores and the Pymatuning Township Sheetz, police said.

• Robert Richards, 33, and Daniel Keasey, 31, both of 169 Ormond Ave., Sharon, were charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:09 p.m. Friday in a parking lot at 101 Chestnut St., police said.
• Fermin F. Cabrera, 36, of 127 N. Irvine Ave., was arrested at home early Saturday for criminal trespass after a woman reported at 5:20 a.m. he entered her home through a window in the 300 block of West State Street while her family was sleeping, police said.
• Carl L. Porterfield, 33, of 474 Wengler Ave., was charged with having dogs at large at 4:17 p.m. Sunday at his home, police said.
• Jonah M. Durman, 26, of 220 N. Sharpsville Ave. Apartment 3, was charged with harassment at 10:33 a.m. Monday at home, police said.
• Someone stole a lawnmower worth $169 from the back porch of a home in the 300 block of Cedar Avenue between 1 and 6:30 p.m. Saturday. The Craftsman Advantage mower was black with silver trim and wasn’t locked up, police said.
• Someone stole an HP Pavilion laptop computer worth $900 from a home in the 400 block of Logan Avenue around 4 p.m. Sunday. The homeowner was gone for about 10 minutes and didn’t lock the door, police said.
• Someone stole $600 worth of stereo parts from a car parked in the 300 block of Grant Street between 4 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sunday, police said.
SW Mercer County Regional
• Alvin G. Miller, 57, of 42 Morton St., Wheatland, has been charged with receiving stolen property, theft and tampering with evidence.
The victim reported June 23 that her crystal chandelier had been stolen from the 40 block of Morton and was found in wood two days later, police said.
The chandelier was moved before police arrived, and police found it in shrubs along Chestnut Street after following drag marks in the woods, police said.
Miller was seen emerging from the woods and had been told where the chandelier originally was found, police said.
• Russell R. Mohney, 47, of 88 Mitchell Road, Shenango Township, has been charged with hindering prosecution for refusing to divulge who bought a stolen watch, police said.
Adam H. Jones, 19, of 88 Mitchell Road, previously was charged with theft and receiving stolen property for stealing the diamond watch from a porch where it had been delivered by courier May 16 at another mobile home in Oak Leaf Estates, police said.
Mohney told the victim he could get the watch back if the victim agreed not to press charges against Jones, police said. Mohney returned the watch, police said.

• Jason A. McKoy, 29, of 1042 Wallis Ave., Farrell, was picked up at 12:35 a.m. Monday at East Budd Street and New Castle Avenue on a bench warrant out of Lawrence County, police said.
