• William E. Lemon Jr., 41, of Ashland, Ohio, was arrested on charges of forgery, theft and attempted theft, police said.
Lemon was charged in March with stealing $900 from the Greenville Sheetz and $400 from the Mercer Sheetz by presenting fraudulent traveler’s checks, police said. He also attempted to use fraudulent traveler’s checks to buy gift cards from both Hermitage Sheetz stores and the Pymatuning Township Sheetz, police said.

• Robert Richards, 33, and Daniel Keasey, 31, both of 169 Ormond Ave., Sharon, were charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:09 p.m. Friday in a parking lot at 101 Chestnut St., police said.
• Fermin F. Cabrera, 36, of 127 N. Irvine Ave., was arrested at home early Saturday for criminal trespass after a woman reported at 5:20 a.m. he entered her home through a window in the 300 block of West State Street while her family was sleeping, police said.
• Carl L. Porterfield, 33, of 474 Wengler Ave., was charged with having dogs at large at 4:17 p.m. Sunday at his home, police said.
• Jonah M. Durman, 26, of 220 N. Sharpsville Ave. Apartment 3, was charged with harassment at 10:33 a.m. Monday at home, police said.
• Someone stole a lawnmower worth $169 from the back porch of a home in the 300 block of Cedar Avenue between 1 and 6:30 p.m. Saturday. The Craftsman Advantage mower was black with silver trim and wasn’t locked up, police said.
• Someone stole an HP Pavilion laptop computer worth $900 from a home in the 400 block of Logan Avenue around 4 p.m. Sunday. The homeowner was gone for about 10 minutes and didn’t lock the door, police said.
• Someone stole $600 worth of stereo parts from a car parked in the 300 block of Grant Street between 4 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sunday, police said.

• Alvin G. Miller, 57, of 42 Morton St., Wheatland, has been charged with receiving stolen property, theft and tampering with evidence.
The victim reported June 23 that her crystal chandelier had been stolen from the 40 block of Morton and was found in wood two days later, police said.
The chandelier was moved before police arrived, and police found it in shrubs along Chestnut Street after following drag marks in the woods, police said.
