Brookfield
About $5,000 worth of copper bars and wire was stolen between Aug. 1 and Sept. 2 from three cellular towers in the 6900 block of Warren-Sharon Road, police said.
Gregory J. LaCamera, 59, of 756 Brookfield Ave., Masury, was charged with assault and aggravated menacing after he hit a woman in the face and threatened her with a knife at about 12:10 a.m. Monday at his home, police said.
LaCamera fought police as they tried to arrest him, they said.
Greenville
A porch at 28 State St. sustained about $500 damage in a fire caused by someone smoking at about 4 p.m. Tuesday, said Lt. Mike Cadman.
Grove City
A brown 2000 Dodge Neon was stolen between 1 and 6:50 a.m. Thursday from a home in the 400 block of Summit Street, police said.
A Grove City College students $274 Olympus digital camera was stolen from his dorm room between Aug. 23 and Thursday, police said.
Someone entered a second-story window of a home in the 400 block of McConnell Street between 8:30 and 10:30 p.m. Aug. 25 and stole 22 prescription pills and two packs of cigarettes, police said.
Someone stole $450 from a woman in the 200 block of Grace Street between 4 and 7 p.m. Saturday, police said.
Sharon
Bradley S. Lary, 31, of 518 Madison St., Sharon, was charged at 3:55 p.m. Saturday at home with making terroristic threats, resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, police said.
Police were called to a domestic dispute and Lary was told several times to quiet down and refused, police said. He then became combative with police and threatened to kill people, police said. Police said they had to electronically shock Lary to subdue him.
Jerry L. Underwood, 47, no address given, was charged with aggravated assault against a policeman, resisting arrest and public drunkenness after police tried to arrest him at 8:22 p.m. Monday in the City Centre, they said.
Police said Underwood had been arrested by Hermitage police on a warrant for unpaid fines and he struggled with police in Sharon and again at the Southwest Mercer County Regional Lockup, where he refused to give police basic information. A policeman sprained his hand and got a cut on his thumb from the altercation, police said.
Someone stole an Xbox 360, a bracelet and pain medication overnight Thursday from a home in the 200 block of Euclid Avenue, police said. The items are worth about $1,000, police said.
Someone stole a $400 global-positioning system overnight Thursday from a car parked in the 600 block of Spruce Avenue, police said.
Nancy L. Sankey, 38, of 137 Second Ave., Sharon, was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:33 p.m. Sunday at home, police said.
Police were called for a domestic dispute in which a man said Ms. Sankey hit him, police said.
