• Lydia A. West, 42, of 227 E. Shenango St., Sharpsville, has been charged with theft for stealing $500 from Greenville Savings Bank, 550 N. Hermitage Road, police said.

Ms. West used an automated teller machine to make a $500 deposit July 26, but put no money or check in the deposit envelope, police said. She withdrew $300 later that day, and $200 on July 28, police said.

• Kenneth L. Hilliard Jr., 25, of 241 S. Broad St., Grove City, has been charged with bad checks for issuing a $260 check that was returned for no account June 30 at Aaron’s Sales and Lease Ownership, 2420 E. State St., police said.

• Justin S. Malloy, 26, of 935 Spearman Ave., Farrell, has been charged with access device fraud and identity theft for using an ex-girlfriend’s credit card without her permission and signing up for an Internet account using her name to run up $315 in charges Jan. 1 through July 31, police said.

• Donald E. Shelatree, 33, of 547 Lafayette Ave., Sharon, has been charged with theft for failing to return a dolly truck he had rented July 15 from Rental Corral, 1525 N. Hermitage Road, police said.

State police

• Someone stole a Grove City man’s $1,600 dentures from his vehicle between 3:50 and 10:30 p.m. Wednesday in Lawrence County, police said. The teeth were recovered in a nearby Dumpster, police said.
