• Two boys, 13 and 14, were charged with disorderly conduct after climbing without permission onto the roof of a South Broad Street business without any legitimate reason to be there, police said.
• Someone stole a flat screen television, Dell laptop, and an Xbox 360 with games from the back of a car after 9 p.m. Sunday on South Center Street, police said.

• Anthony Sipe, 19, of 632 E. State St. Apartment 45, Sharon, was charged with theft for stealing a bicycle at about 5:30 p.m. Monday in the 900 block of George Street, police said.
• Someone prior to 8 p.m. Monday stole an XBox360 game system, two controllers, about a dozen assorted video games and jewelry from a home in the 500 block of South Irvine Avenue, police said.
Sharpsville
• Aaron Abram, 24, of 1149 Spearman Ave., Farrell, was charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, simple assault and disorderly conduct after he struck a woman in the head with a metal lamp at 1:25 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Walnut Street, police said. Abram was picked up on a warrant on Monday afternoon, police said.
• Frank C. Davidson, 79, of 52 S. Mercer Ave., Apartment 513, Sharpsville, was charged with theft after he stole eight Herald newspapers worth $4 about 4:30 a.m. Oct. 21 from Rite Aid on Mercer Avenue, police said. The store had previously reported that newspapers were stolen every morning, police said.
• Wayne W. Eakin, 68, of 110 Liberty St., Jamestown, was charged with possession of suspected crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving at 1:04 a.m. Friday at Walnut Street and Covert Avenue, police said.
State police
• Someone vandalized two vehicles to the tune of $1,200 between 10 p.m. Oct. 18 and 7 a.m. Oct. 19 along Delaware Road, Delware Township, police said.

• Rhonda K. Ackley, 42, of 200 Orange Drive Apartment 3A, Hermitage; at 2:44 a.m. Saturday at Ridge Avenue and 18th Street; also cited for driving on the wrong side of the road.
