South Pymatuning Township

• Lemuel Pineirl-Malick, 27, of 2085 Buckeye Drive, was charged with disorderly conduct, harassment, and two counts of making terroristic threats early Sunday morning.

Police were called to 2837 Tamarack Road to remove an unwanted party, and when they arrived, witnesses said that Pineirl-Malick had assaulted three people and left.

Police said an assisting policeman from the Sharpsville Police Department spotted Pineirl-Malick at the intersection of Tamarack and Buckeye and took him into custody.

DRUNKEN DRIVING ARRESTS

South Pymatuning Township

• Shawn M. Burkhart, 32, of 8245 High St., Burghill; at 1:07 a.m. Sunday.

Police said they saw a vehicle with its roof on fire near 2668 Ivanhoe Road, and when they arrived on the scene they found at Jeep Cherokee about 15 feet off the road in a deep ditch, engulfed in flames.

The township volunteer fire department put out the fire, police said, and Burkhart, the driver, was treated for minor injuries at the scene. He also was charged with other traffic offenses.
