• Chase T. Fenrick, 20, Mercer, was charged with underage drinking at about 2:15 a.m. Sunday on Gilmore Avenue and North Broad Street, police said.

• Brian L. Feathers, 40, of 137 N. Second Ave., was charged with making terroristic threats and harassment at 12:37 a.m. Monday at home, police said.
• In October, someone stole and passed at least four checks totaling $322 from a 77-year-old woman who lives on Logan Avenue, police said.
• A 54-year-old Sharon woman’s purse was stolen at about 11 p.m. Friday while she was at Marigold, 38 Main Ave., police said. The purse contained identification cards, a cell phone and numerous credit cards.
• Overnight Friday a 3-CD changer and stereo were stolen from an unlocked home in the 300 block of Florence Street, police said.
• Between 6 and 9 p.m. Sunday a home in the 600 block of Sherman Avenue was entered and a video game player and accessories worth $400 was taken, police said.

• Jeremy A. Archie, 22, of 133 Shenango Blvd., Farrell, was charged at about 10:50 a.m. Saturday with criminal mischief after breaking into a building in the 900 block of Emerson Avenue, Farrell. He was taken to Mercer County Jail, police said.
• Rebecca Lutkemeir, 45, of 1139 Emerson Ave., Farrell, was charged at about 4:35 p.m. Saturday with harassment at her home, police said.
