• Two men were arrested at about noon Tuesday after they tried to get OxyContin pills at an East State Street pharmacy with an altered prescription, police said.

Anthony W. Holder, 24, of 12 Maple Drive, and John M. Kowalewski, 18, of 16 Maple Drive, both Pymatuning Township, were charged with felony conspiracy to obtain a controlled substance by misrepresentation, police said.

SW Mercer County Regional

• Someone stole a laptop computer and bag valued at about $1,000 sometime Saturday from a car parked in the 100 block of Wansack Road in Shenango Township, police said.

State police

• Someone broke into a man’s home between 9:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tuesday on Springfield Church Road, Pine Township, and stole several items, including a handgun, police said.

DRUNKEN DRIVING ARRESTS

Pymatuning Township

• Fred Kelley, 39, of 81 Edgewood Drive, Pymatuning Township; Tuesday night on Crestview Drive near Rutledge Road after he was seen walking away from a downed motorcycle.

State police

• Luke John Gauthier, 23, Montandon, Pa.; at about 11 a.m. Nov. 9 at Grove City Medical Center, Pine Township; also charged with disorderly conduct and endangering an 8-year-old child.
