• Lizabeth A. Pulice, 18, of 1049 S. Hermitage Road, Hermitage, has been charged with access device fraud for using a Hermitage woman’s check card without permission to buy $93 in gasoline, food, clothing and cosmetics between Oct. 25 and 29 from businesses in Sharon and Hermitage, police said.

• Lizabeth A. Pulice, 18, of 1049 S. Hermitage Road, Hermitage, has been charged with access device fraud for using a Hermitage woman’s check card without permission to buy $93 in gasoline, food, clothing and cosmetics between Oct. 25 and 29 from businesses in Sharon and Hermitage, police said.
• Richard J. Evans, 51, of Pittsburgh, has been charged with theft, forgery and receiving stolen property for forging and cashing six of a relative’s checks for $7,200 between Sept. 5 and 22 at First National Bank of Pennsylvania, 2505 E. State St., police said.
Pymatuning Township
• A Circle Drive resident reported at 8:55 a.m. Monday that a global positioning system and cell phone worth $439 were stolen from two cars parked at the home, police said.
Sharon
• On Nov. 12, someone took a Hermitage man’s debit card and car keys from a locker at Penn State Shenango and used the card four times at local business to charge more than $100, police said. On Monday, someone stole the car that the keys were to from campus, police said. The car is a white, 2007 four-door Kia Spectra, police said.
Southwest Mercer County Regional
• Gary L. Bridgens, 56, of Cortland, Ohio, was charged with carrying a firearm without a license after he told a policeman who pulled him over for driving without a rear windshield at 11:38 a.m. Nov. 12 on Route 60 south, Shenango Township, that he had a gun. Police said they seized the Smith and Wesson 9mm automatic pistol.
