• Darshell D. Scott, 29, of Youngstown, has been charged with forgery, theft, bad checks and conspiracy to commit theft for her part in cashing three fraudulent checks for a total of $1,398 May 27 at Stop & Save, 70 Broadway Ave., Wheatland, police said. Police have obtained warrants against two other women.

• Brian D. Tatomirovich, 36, of 2184 Flint Drive, Hermitage, was cited for harassment, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct at 6:46 p.m. Sunday at 91 N. Irvine Ave., police said.

• David L. Trowbridge, 49, of 330 Baldwin Ave., Sharon, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness at 10:42 p.m. Sunday at Orchard Street and Walnut Avenue, police said.

• Jennifer Ballew, 33, of 344 Ashton Road, Sharon, was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct at 5:30 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Stambaugh Avenue, police said.

• Susan Winner, 47, of 1810 Highland Road, Sharon; at 12:20 p.m. Monday on warrants for criminal trespassing and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

• Marcus Best, 20, of 301 Baldwin Ave., Sharon; at midnight Friday in the 800 block of Ravine Place.
