• Joel Walker, 26, of Grove City, was jailed on charges of burglary and theft for allegedly breaking into a locked shed on Centertown Road in Pine Township between May 1 and 10 and taking several items, police said. They did not list a value for the items or describe them.
Police said he also took metal items to sell for their scrap value from a Hemlock Road residence in Wolf Creek Township during the same time frame.
Walker was arraigned and taken to Mercer County Jail after failing to post bond, police said.
• Police said a silver- or gray-colored Honda sedan drove off the road at about 8:45 p.m. last Sunday, damaging the front yard at 772 Pulaski-Mercer Road in Wilmington Township.
The car continued north toward Mercer, police said.

• A homeless man, Theodore Richard Sherlock, 49, was jailed for failing to comply with Megan’s Law restrictions after he was picked up walking along Interstate 79 northbound in Springfield Township at about 8:45 p.m. Tuesday, police said.
